Terms of Services

These Terms of Services govern access to and use of homebylily.com, which is operated by HomeByLily. By visiting the site, creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

HomeByLily provides information about home warranty plans and helps homeowners request quotes and compare coverage options for household systems and appliances.

HomeByLily is not a repair company and does not perform repairs. Any home warranty plan is a service contract issued by the plan provider named in that contract, and the contract alone sets out what is covered.

The site is intended for residents of the United States who are legal adults. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the details you submit are accurate.

Some features require an account. When you create one, you agree to:

• Keep your password private and not share your login
• Provide a name, email address and phone number that belong to you
• Update your details when they change
• Notify HomeByLily promptly if you suspect someone else has used your account

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Quotes, plan descriptions and coverage summaries on the site are provided for general information. They are not an offer of coverage and do not replace the service contract.

Pricing, service fees, coverage limits, waiting periods and exclusions vary by plan and by home. The final terms are the ones written in the contract you receive from the plan provider.

When you provide a phone number and give consent, HomeByLily may send text messages about your quote, your service requests, renewals and plan offers. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency may vary
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages
• Reply HELP for assistance

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or incomplete information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours
• Copy, scrape or resell content from the site without written permission
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the site

All text, graphics, logos and page designs on the site belong to HomeByLily or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for personal use only.

Home warranty plans, technicians and repair services are supplied by independent third parties. HomeByLily does not control their work and is not responsible for their acts, omissions or decisions on a service request.

The site may link to other websites. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HomeByLily does not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, or that any particular plan will be available for your home.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeByLily is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that arise from use of the site or from reliance on its content.

Any dispute that arises from these terms or from use of the site will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court, except where the law does not allow it. You and HomeByLily each give up the right to take part in a class action.

Before starting arbitration, please send a written description of the dispute using the contact details below so that it can be resolved informally where possible. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

HomeByLily may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
